Cream of Wheat

Alright - I have to admit that I have fallen victim to a modern advertising campaign.

First let me say that I actually like cream of wheat. When I was in the hospital it was a truly welcome meal. Add a touch of cinnamon and maybe some brown sugar and it is pretty perfect.

Recently I bought some 'instant packets' of flavoured cream of wheat.... and I HATED it. I mean.. I found it disgusting. It was likely the flavour that I bought, but I never even thought about buying it again.

And then the new commercials came out for Mini Wheats - with HOT MILK. Basically an easy cream of wheat.
So I am trying it now and it is delicious!!
Hopefully my intestines can handle it.
