Underwear

At the end of a week or two, when we get laundry done, I can always tell if I have had a busy-ish and good week, or if I have spent the majority of the time at home, resting.
See, I wear a certain type of underwear for comfort when I am at home, and I wear another type of underwear when I leave the house.
So, when I do laundry, if I happen to have more or the same amount of the latter type in the laundry ready to be put away, it means I have left the house every day.

This time, it was only 5 days, but it looks like I left the house, even for a short walk or trip to Shoppers, 3 out of those 5 days.
That means that it was a productive week.

It doesn't necessarily mean that I felt particularly well, or that I had less pain, it DOES mean that I had improved energy. That in and of itself is a positive thing... even if it is miniscule.
