Take it from me - You need to add some items to your 'powder room' if you have any ailment that requires you to be in the washroom more than you like to admit.
Always have a decent book on hand. Make sure your phone is within arm's reach (in case you have an emergency). Nail polish and nail polish remover. A foot soaker.
