I had my appointment today with my dietician. After a very long chat (which was awesome), we came up with three main ideas.
1. Try to drink one Boost a day (for calcium, iron, and extra calories)
2. Switch to a protein rich Greek yogurt instead of a simple low-calorie regular kind.
3. Carry some sort of snack in my purse so that even on busy appointment days, I am getting some sort of nutrition during the day.
So, after the appointment, I stopped at Sobeys, picked up two kinds of Greek yogurt, three bags of nuts/trail mix snacks to have in my purse, and then went home and had some Greek yogurt with nuts. :)
Yay! Day one is going well! Haha
