Finding a System

Ways to cope. Ways to live. It all depends on finding a good system to be able to go about a daily life even with awful symptoms.

The good news is that I think I may have found a system that helps me. I found today that if I take my pills an hour before I actually need to be up, it relaxes my body enough to be able to get moving. Then if I put off eating in the morning, then my body won't get super angry.

This system allowed me to go run two errands before I crashed. No, it's not perfect. But it's a system. And now I know that if this is a new normal, if this is a new forever issue, then I can still do it. I can still have a life. :)
Silver linings are always good, even if they are very small.
