Stress-Release

After a busy and frustrating couple of weeks.. It really hit me yesterday and today.  

SO - here is tonight's regimen: 

- spa music
- yoga
- fireplace 
- bubble bath
- muscle cream
- some time outside on the grass with Dex
- Ice cream 
- tea
- music 

Basically all of my stress-relievers in one night. Tomorrow is going to be a great day. :)
