I was determined to wear some wedges the other day and to go out without using my cane. I brought it, of course, but decided not to use it.
I had to walk suuuuuper extra slowly... But instead of worrying about it, I just made it more of a strut. As if I had no care in the world, had nowhere to be, and just enjoyed walking without a cane - no matter how slowly.
So if you ever see me walking without my cane - you'll see the slow strut. It's the only way I get to wear heels for the time being. :)
Whatever works right?
