The last while has been rough.
I mean, collectively, the past two years have been especially challenging, but in the short term, this past week has been really quite difficult. I'm finding that I am sluggish, my migraines are daily, and I can't quite find anything that helps.
I even decided to get take-out yesterday - more for comfort food than anything.
Don't get me wrong - I have still been able to run a few errands and I even successfully saw a movie in the theaters last night (I made it all the way home before getting sick)... I saw the WHOLE movie!!!
I had special pills to help with dry mouth and I doubled up on pain meds to sleep - but I stayed for the whole movie. :)
Despite all of this - I am having major difficulties getting out of bed, getting moving, and my energy levels are so low that I feel like I am moving in slow motion. All I want to do is go for a run - pain free and no nausea!
So what's the solution? What happens when pills don't help, food doesn't help, and sleep is erratic and also unhelpful?
That's when I turn to Boost. I think it's going to be a Boost kind of week. Good thing I am totally stocked up!!
