I took a honey clusters cereal (any type works but the healthier the better). I just used the Fiber One cereal, and crushed about 3/4 of a cup.
Then I took a chicken breast, coated it in the cereal crumbs, seared it then baked it for 20 minutes (in strips).
I also boiled a butternut squash and cut out little bite-sized balls from it, added a tbsp of brown sugar and salt for taste, and served it on the side of my chicken strips.
I am not super hungry so I didn't add any green veggies to it like normal - but this is a tasty, healthy, sweet, AND filling dinner. I also have leftovers.
Total amount of calories is about 250 calories for the meal. :)
