Healthy Eating Doesn't Have to be Bland

I have such a sweet tooth and I love cooking so much, that I sometimes forget how flavourful a healthy meal can be. 

I have been indulging a little more than usual - white chocolate, pastries, pasta, strawberry crisp - so I need to get back into the routine of eating more healthy foods. 
Holiday season is upon us and soon I will be stuffing my face with kuchen and fudge and turtle brownies and all sorts of sweet things. 

So today - I woke up and simply had a nice cup of apple cider, and then for lunch I had some shrimp with mushrooms and peas. 
Sounds boring right? 
I used this mango curry spice mix from #Epicure on the shrimp and mushrooms and it very honestly tastes like an indulgence - without all of the guilt. 
Never underestimate the right combination with spices on healthy foods.
