Back to "Normal"

I woke up today, put on my Wilson Seahawks jersey, feeling alright.
I went to bed last night around 7 and slept in until part-way through the morning games.
I needed to go out and grab a few groceries - enough to make chicken lasagna, bacon-wrapped scallops, and then some ready-for-the-oven mozzasticks.
Took Decker out, then went bounding out of the house to my car, and that's when I realized that I am back to my specific type of 'normal'.
What does this mean?
It means that I walked too quickly to my car and was so nauseous that I had to sit there for a few minutes without even leaving the parking lot.
By the time I reached the grocery store, I was shaking pretty severely, my head was pounding, my ears were hurting, and I spent the vast majority of my grocery trip feeling like I was going to pass out.
I only shopped in aisles that had at least one other person there just in case.
It's a good thing that I am having company over today to watch the games...

I haven't been quite this shaky in about a week.

I'm sure that my night out on Friday may have made today worse... But I also felt like this last week without having gone out.
It makes me glad that I took advantage of a good day when I did.
And I am very glad that I always have my puppy to make me feel better - at least emotionally.
Now to enjoy some good food and some good football!!!

Happy Sunday Funday!
Go 'Hawks!

From myself and from Decker:
