Faking Normalcy

If you had seen me last night, you would have had absolutely NO clue that there was anything wrong with me. At all.

I had a GREAT day yesterday. The weather wasn't as chilly so my hips weren't quite as sore. I felt pretty great overall, just a little stomach upset.
So I went out to watch my former band perform.
Not only did I stay for the entire show, but I got up to sing several times, I wore low-heeled boots, I DANCED, I played pool, I had a couple of beers, and I felt like I was back in University... Just out having a good time before all of this arthritis and angioedema hit!

Am I paying for it today?
100%.
Do I regret it?
Not a chance.

I have very few days like that anymore... So I am going to take it and run with it.
Maybe (hopefully) I will get to a point where those days are more common.

What a great way to spend a Friday.
