There are varying degrees, but any person who has had ANY type of injury or illness can relate to this statement.
It can be from the snowboarding trip you took after not boarding for a few years - you notice muscle pain in muscles you forgot even existed.
It can be from dental freezing and you no longer have any control over the right side of your mouth, and something as simple as smiling is impossible.
Developing arthritis, after having no knowledge or concept of what joint pain feels like.
Developing vertigo and being unable to keep your entire visual world upright.
Losing so much strength that you can no longer climb a flight of stairs without feeling faint.
Becoming so chronically nauseous that you can no longer shower without vomiting.
Losing strength in your lungs and having to strain just to breathe.
