Injection Exhaustion

I am clearly still getting used to my new schedule pertaining to injections.

I did my Cosentyx sub-cutaneous injection last night... it starts off with a reaction similar to that of caffeine, an energized feeling, a little shaky and lightheaded, and a racing heart, but then once my body calms down it just crashes. That helped me sleep for about 3-4 hours last night, but my heart rate hasn't really gone back to 'normal'.
Then this morning was my Berinert sub-cutaneous injection, which has similar effects, though not as drastically energized. I think it takes me a while to wind down only because the injection process itself takes so long that I have usually woken up fully by the time it is finished. About an hour to two hours later, though, and I completely crash.

So when I booked an appointment for this morning, I really wasn't thinking. I am sitting in the waiting room barely able to keep my eyes open. I am very much looking forward to getting back home so that I can sleep for a few hours. Gotta run some errands first, things that need to be done, but then it is back home and into pajamas.
These are the days when I am actually grateful for the refreshing, crisp, cold air of Winter.
