To Puke or Not to Puke?

You know that feeling when you are so nauseous that you are scared to even move?
When you think maybe going to the washroom will make you feel better... but you sit there and nothing changes?
Or you know if you just lean over the bin that you might very possibly vomit - and that it would likely make you feel better - but the idea of having to vomit is not ideal and so you are still trying your hardest not to puke?

And you don't know if it is something you ate... or just because you ate at all (in the case of IBD patients) ... so you don't know if you should make yourself vomit, or maybe take a laxative so that it passes through your system faster?

And you haven't eaten more than 300 calories total in a day because you can't even fathom eating and when you DO eat THIS happens, so you get even more nauseous at the thought of trying to eat ANYTHING more?

No?
Just me then?

This is why I have memory foam towel mats in the bathroom, air freshener in the garbage bin, and mints and mouthwash available at all times. ;)
