Whenever I push my limits - in any way, for any activity, the next day is bad, but it's not the worst.
Just like when you workout at the gym, it's not the following day that is really bad, it's the second day afterwards that really has you in massive amounts of pain.
On Sunday I sang for a bit, then yesterday wasn't good... but it wasn't terrible either.
Today I feel horrendous.
I will be lucky if I leave the bedroom today for anything other than feeding Dex.
Gonna curl up in the dark -
