Well - those cortisone injections lasted longer than last time.
Total win.
This kind of timeline makes it worth the pain of the injections themselves.
I am hoping to continue practicing yoga, even if it is the most basic flow I can manage.
Sticking with Lotus, Easy, Reclined Hero, Balancing Butterfly and other toe balance poses, Garland, fold-overs, lunges, and maybe a few squat-like poses.
I will have to scale back the tougher poses again.
I took several pictures from several different yoga sessions over the last few weeks, so I will continue to share photos of yoga on social media, but with the increased pain I will have to do a lot more meditation.
This is not a bad thing.
I knew that it would be short-lived.
I am so so grateful that I was able to increase my strength and flexibility over the last few months while my pain was lowered by a point or so.
