Spider Angioma

Looks like I have a brand new Spider Angioma.
Several years ago I developed one on my nose. The most obvious spot.

While Spider Angiomas are not usually painful nor dangerous, they can be annoying. Apart from the general visual annoyance, they tend to grow a bit and worsen over time, and if disturbed - particularly where the skin is especially thin - they bleed. A lot.

We have tried cutting them off of my nose, we have even tried laser therapy - which has worked in the past for nearly 2 years! The initial one on my nose came back early last year and I opted for laser surgery again for our wedding.
Now I have developed a new one - a bigger one - on the very tip of my nose. I thought it was just a pimple, to be honest, but with the way it has grown and how it has bled earlier, it is now very clear that it is a new Spider Angioma.

What I'm hoping is to find a suitable concealer - but the concealers I have tried have not properly hidden the angiomas, likely due to how thin the skin is and how smooth the angioma is. That's my guess anyways. Unfortunately, laser therapy costs a couple hundred per treatment, and my initial one took 3 treatments. This new one is bigger. I'm not sure if laser treatment is worth it.

I guess I'll be trying some new concealers on these angiomas.
I've also been told that people with spider angiomas are prone to getting several - many in the same spot.
We'll see.
Here's hoping there is no underlying problem and that they are simply a genetic or random thing that I will always have. :)
