Procedure Prep Challenge

Alright, another weird random thought as I prepare for my scope today:

#anotherrandomthought

You know all those stupid challenges we always see online? We should do like a #procedureprepchallenge

Rules include:
1. You must complete the prep by yourself. Other people can be present but you must figure out how to do it without the help of anyone else - apart from filming.
2. Film yourself doing a procedure prep in a unique way.
3. Tell everyone what the prep is (enema, fluid diet, drinkable laxative, all that water to drink before an ultrasound, purposeful gluten exposure to test for celiac, etc...) and show your results
4. Mention what procedure you are preparing for
5. Make it fun!

I can picture people competing to see who can hold in a Fleet enema the longest.
I can imagine people trying to do an enema while in a yoga handstand, or filming the 20 cuts of RACING to the washroom during a celiac test prep, or trying to drink that fucking gallon of laxative before a scope by playing a 'drinking game' or taking it like shots.
Or doing a time lapse film of every single food eaten during a fluid diet and documenting how water-logged you feel after even just day 2. Maybe even that sugary drink test to check for diabetes.
