Making Myself 'Feel' Better

Okay so sometimes there is nothing you can do to feel better physically.
As per my previous post, I am in a total funk today. Stressed out, restless but too ill to do much, being haunted by several to-do lists and struggling to keep from giving myself a meltdown.

So, what do I do to help myself feel better?

I get dolled up.

I put away my glasses and free my eyes with contacts, I redo my makeup, brighten my face up, throw on a bold lip colour, change my hair, and sport a cute dress. Then I give myself an internal pep talk and go.

No, it won't help me feel better physically.
Sure, call it vain.
Whatever works right?

Then we did something fun and got our marriage license.
Win/win!
